Heat Press Instructions

Hover transfer under open heat press for 10 seconds to dry excess moisture.

7 - 8 Minutes Smaller Panels:
PG2123, PG2124, PG2125, PG2137

8 - 9 Minutes Larger (Over 12") Panels:
PG2144, PG2138, PG2139, PG2145, PG2140, PG2143, PG2146

1) Print the transfer. Do not mirror the image. Tape the transfer onto the coated side of the panel.

2) Place Protective Paper onto the Teflon covering the bottom of the press. Place the panel, imaging side face-up, covered with the taped transfer, onto 1/2” Nomex felt pad on the bottom of the press. Face Up. Top with a sheet of Protective Paper.

3) Cover the top of the panel with a 1/8” green rubber pad.

4) Press with Temp/Time/Pressure settings listed above.

5) Clean any excess ink residue from the glass using standard window cleaner after the glass has completely cooled.
