OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.

Hover transfer under open heat press for 10 seconds to dry excess moisture.

TUM450SS in an Oven with SWRAP17 Sleeve
(Use a convection oven large enough to stand the cup upright inside.)

Cup comes disassembled. Do not assemble until sublimated and cooled.

1. Preheat convection oven.
2. Transfer placement is important. Cut your image out closely. Wrap transfer around the cup and use tape (54150, sold separately) vertically along the entire seam. Use four small pieces of tape to secure the image to the top rim of the cup. (see video).
3. Slide sleeve (SWRAP17, sold separately) on to the cup (see video for techniques.) Ensure sleeve covers entire cup.
4. Place hull in oven for specified time.
5. Remove transfer quickly and allow cup to cool.
6. Slide hull over inner wall.
7. Screw base to inner wall. (see video)

Instructions for Using an Oven and SubliShrink

Time: 6 Minutes
Temp: 400°

1. Remove all lids or plastic parts.
2. Secure image to substrate using premium heat tape.
3. Place SubliShrink around blank, secure with tape if necessary.
4. Use heat gun to form SubliShrink evenly around blank product.
5. Place in oven for appropriate time and temperature.
6. Remove SubliShrink and image quickly from the tumbler.
