Condé Brand Supplies Guarantee:

 

Condé Systems guarantees that the use of Condés' brand of supplies and consumables will not cause damage, abnormal wear or excessive wear to your printer or copier. If a service representative informs you that using Condés' brand of supplies or consumables caused damage to your printer, please take the following steps to help us address the problem:

 

1. Ask your service representative to provide a written, signed and dated statement on the service companies’ letterhead identifying the damage and specifying exactly how using Condés' brand of supplies or consumables directly resulted in that damage.

2. Before authorizing repair, forward the statement to Condé Systems along with the following:

a) Written estimate of the cost to repair the damage caused by the use of Condés' brand of supplies or consumables.

b) Receipt or invoice showing purchase of Condés' brand of supplies or consumables.

c) Report such damage to Condé Systems within ten (10) days.

 

After verification, Condé Systems will either agree to pay reasonable service or repairs charges or will authorize shipment of the printer to a repair facility of Condé Systems choice for repair at no charge. This warranty does not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper handling, storage or use of Condés' brand supplies or consumables. Maximum liability of this guarantee is limited to the actual cost of a repair, if any should become necessary. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES; EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. In addition, all of Condés' brand of supplies and consumables are guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction or they may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. If you have any problem with a product you purchased from Condé Systems but is not a Condé-brand product that product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer. Shipping:

 

*Same day ground shipping is suspended for the duration of the year (11/20/17 – 12/31/17). All orders will ship out as soon as possible. Modifications to completed orders are not allowed.

 

Guarantee:

 

All UPS Ground orders with destinations in the 50 United States will ship same day;

from Mobile Warehouse: all orders received by 6:00PM Central Time

from California Warehouse: all orders processed by 4:00PM Central Time

 

Exceptions:

 

George Knight warehouse and Drop-ship Orders are NOT guaranteed to ship same day.

 

Hundred-weight shipments are NOT guaranteed to ship same day.

 

Crated shipments of large ChromaLuxe panels are NOT guaranteed to go out the same day.

 

Print Services orders are NOT guaranteed to go out the same day.

 

Yards of bulk materials:

 

Spooling off a yard of several different fabrics, rubber or mouse pad material takes a lot of extra time and greatly slows down getting an order pulled. While we are under the crunch of the season, we will suspend the UPS ground same day shipping guarantee of these items.

 

Back-ordered items (Not in stock or non-stocked items) are NOT guaranteed to ship same day.

  

General Return Conditions:

 

Applicable to ALL Returns

1. Shipping charges are not refundable.

2. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

3. Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. 

5. Restocking Fees may apply. 

6. Please note all additional return conditions stated below, as applicable to your return.

 

Condé Brand Supplies:

     

  1. Condé's brand of supplies and consumables are guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction or they may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.
  2. NON-Condé Brand Supplies if defective
  3. NON-Condé Brand Supplies may be returned to Condé within 15 days from invoice date for exchange for the same item only.
  4. All Software if defective
  5. Opened software is returnable within 15 days of invoice date for exchange for the same software title only.

 

All Printers, Heat Presses, Computer Hardware & Software, Peripherals and Accessories:

 

Once a printer is removed from its packaging and inks or drums are installed or activated, it is no longer eligible for return.

 

If a product arrives DOA (dead on arrival), or if any product or part is defective, that product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer, Condé will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer for service or exchange. Condé's standard sales and return policies apply to all purchases. Condé HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES; EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

All C.O.D. orders to be shipped "certified funds" unless arrangements are made with the credit department.
