Orders must be received by 2PM PST for same day pick up. The word "Suddath" is in large letters on the side of the building.
1. Enter door on West side of building labeled "Dispatch" and advise the person behind the glass partition that you are there to pick up an order from Conde Systems, Inc. and reference the Conde Invoice Number.
2. You will then be directed to the proper loading location to pick up your order. (This is the only way to be allowed into the loading location.)
3. If C.O.D. payment is to be submitted upon picking up the order, give your company check, money order, or other pre-approved by Conde instrument of payment to the warehouse attendant that releases the order. CASH PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THIS LOCATION, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover cards, as well as Paypal.
All C.O.D. orders to be shipped "certified funds" unless arrangements are made with the credit department.
Net 30 days (approved accounts only).
Sales tax required for Alabama, California, and Rhode Island residents.
Terms of payment are determined at Condé Systems' sole discretion based on the payment option you select. Payment must be received by Condé Systems prior to acceptance of your order.
Some Conde prize credits or coupons require a minimum purchase. Orders cannot be placed on hold by customer. Redeem coupon with your Account Manager or at checkout in Condé’s online shopping cart. Shipping costs NOT included. Free shipping for orders totaling $150 after coupon is applied. Coupons cannot be combined with any promotions, discounts, or coupons and has no cash value. Coupons are also excluded from Sawgrass products and Print Service Orders.
Shipping Schedule & Motor Freight
Our Mobile, AL hours are Monday through Friday; 8AM CST to 6PM CST. Orders must be received by 2PM CST for same day pick up - allow for a 2 hour lead time (window) on will call orders.
Our La Mirada, CA warehouse hours are Monday through Friday; 10AM PST to 4PM PST. Orders must be received by 2PM PST for same day pick up - allow for a 2 hour lead time (window) on will call orders. We do not accept payments or COD orders at this warehouse.
Freight: F.O.B. Conde Systems, Inc, unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Drop shipments or special order of non-stock items may incur additional freight charges.
Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
Shipping: Shipments are via Parcel Service, and Motor Truck. All orders will be shipped by the lowest cost surface transportation, usually UPS if weight is permissible (unless other arrangements have been approved). Whenever possible, stock orders are shipped within 24 hours after they are received.
Free shipping on orders over $150 excludes: print services, large panels, specified equipment, bulk & oversized material, some roll media & ProSpray.
Free shipping applies only to contiguous 48 states via Conde Systems' choice of ground parcel shipping method. The term contiguous United States refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. Free shipping does not apply to restricted addresses or PO Boxes.
Free shipping applies ONLY at the published prices of the items at the time the order is accepted.
Free shipping does not include accessorial fees – Residential Delivery, Lift Gate Delivery, Scheduled Delivery, etc.
Standard rules and charges apply for express shipping, expedited shipping, and return shipping.
Not valid with other offers. Condé reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time and are not responsible for errors or omissions.
International Orders & Shipping
International shipping is available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit cards outside of the US. Contact your Account Manager to discuss optional payment methods.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Goods Authorization
Merchandise will not be accepted without authorization from your account manager. Notify our customer service department with an itemized list of products, invoice number and reason for the return. Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge. No return authorization or credit will be granted after 30 days of invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition. Special order non-stock items, custom fabricated items, or custom imprinted items cannot be returned. Sublimation Inks, once opened, are not returnable.
Once a printer is removed from its packaging and inks or drums are installed or activated, it is no longer eligible for return.
Applicable to ALL Returns
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period.
- Customer is responsible for shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
- Restocking Fees may apply.
- Please note all additional return conditions stated below, as applicable to your return.
Condé Brand Supplies: Condé's brand of supplies and consumables are guaranteed to perform to your satisfaction or they may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.
NON-Condé Brand Supplies: If defective, NON-Condé Brand Supplies may be returned to Condé within 15 days from invoice date for exchange for the same item only.
All Software: If defective, opened software is returnable within 15 days of invoice date for exchange for the same software title only.
All Printers, Heat Presses, Computer Hardware & Software, Peripherals and Accessories: Once a printer is removed from its packaging and inks or drums are installed or activated, it is no longer eligible for return. Dead on arrival (DOA) or defects: If a product arrives DOA (dead on arrival), or if any product or part is defective, that product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer, Condé will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer for service or exchange. Condé's standard sales and return policies apply to all purchases. Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Defects
A product's warranty applies as specified by its manufacturer. Condé will assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer for service or exchange. Year 2000 Policy Products purchase form Condé carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty (if any), which warranty may (or may not) address "Year 2000" compliance issues. Condé's standard sales and return policies apply to all purchases. Condé HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES; EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. To determine whether a particular manufacturer warrants its product with respect to "Year 2000" compliance, please check with Condé or with the product manufacturer.
"Conde Systems' warranty is limited to replacement of product only, and such warranty does not extend to the costs of any repeat labor or incidental costs." Except as set forth above, Seller makes no other warranties concerning the products whatsoever. Seller disclaims and excludes all other express warranties and all implied warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose concerning the products. In no event will Seller's liability exceed the paid purchase price of the products. Buyer agrees that in no event shall seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
