Neck Gaiter Endless Face Mask, Black. Made in USA Solar Micro Performance with hemmed edges, 9.5" x 18", a multi-functional performance accessory that can be worn at least six different ways.

Made of 100% Solar Fabric that is seamed with hemmed edges, breathable, and includes Vapor Apparel’s PURE-tech™ moisture-wicking technology in addition to up to UPF +50 solar protection from UV-rays. Fabric: 100% Microfiber with UPF+. One Size Fits Most.

Allow for a 1” dimensional tolerance when imprinting. This product is not recommended for sublimation.

Prepress: 5-10 seconds
Time: 1 minute : 0 seconds
Temperature: 375°F (191°C)
Pressure: Medium

Heat Press Instructions:
1. Cover the bottom press platen with a protective paper sheet.
2. Place the Gaiter, imaging side face up, on the protective paper and lint roll thoroughly.
3. Place a piece of protective paper between the layers of the fabric to prevent the image bleeding through to the other side.
4. Prepress the fabric, let cool.
5. Lightly mist transfer with Pro Spray
6. Place the transfer on the fabric, smooth wrinkles.
7. Cover with protective paper.
8. Press with Temp/Time/Pressure settings listed above.

Application notes: If you are imaging the Gaiter full bleed, use two images and make a sandwich: protective paper, transfer, gaiter with paper inside, transfer, protective paper on top. Be sure to lint roll both sides after pre-press. Press with noted time, temp and pressure, then, flip the sandwich over and repeat the pressing.
Rotate the seam so that it is not on the edge of your sandwich to avoid press marks.
