Vapor® Dog Bandana, 26" Width x 13" Height. Vapor Basic T fabric; 5.9oz 100% Spun Polyester, triangular cut, made to fit dogs up to 50 lbs. Sublimatable, moisture wicking, lightweight with a soft hand. The customer should plan for a 26” bandana, but bleed all their artwork to 27”. This will cover them in case it happens to fall in the range of dimensional tolerance. Allow for a 1” dimensional tolerance when imprinting.

Heat Press Instructions:
1. Cover the bottom press platen with protective paper to prevent bleed from image.
2. Place the bandana, imaging side face up, on protective paper and lint roll the entire area that will come into contact by the press. Cover bandana with a piece of protective paper.
3. Prepress the fabric for 5-10 seconds, let cool.
4. Lightly mist transfer with DyeTrans Pro Spray.
5. Place the transfer on the fabric, smooth wrinkles.
6. Cover with protective paper. This paper must cover the entire area of the material that comes into contact with the heat platen.
7. Press with Temp/Time/Pressure settings listed above.

Note:
The dog bandanas need at least a 1.5" bleed to accommodate for dimensional tolerances from piece to piece.

Both products are made of the same fabric as the white basic performance tee, so the instructions and care information are the same.

What type of heat press machine do I need to produce these Vapor Sublimation Blank Pet Bandana?
While we recommend a Geo Knight Swing-Away heat press, this product is compatible with most all brands of heat press machines including Geo Knight^®, Cricut^® EasyPress^™, VEVOR^® Heat Press Machines, HIX^® EVO Series Presses, Stahls^® Brand Heat Presses, Hotronix^® Presses, and many others. Sublimation transfers require anywhere from 375° to 425° F and demand serious force in pressing often from 40-80 psi so check your manufacturer\'s specs.
