Used Aluminum sheet stock for background, main graphic, and name/message plate (DS2412SS) and MultiPurpose Paper. Customer supplied image that was scanned in after being signed in Sharpie. You can't tell it isn't an original signed piece! Made the wood frame out of 1x2 board using my table saw and brad nailer. Add some paint, an extra piece of sheet aluminum for extra support behind the piece, bumped up the maing graphic with 1/2" of wood rectangles underneath, the nameplate with 1/4" piece of wood (both secured with PowerGrab Adhesive) and a sawtooth hanger - DONE! Incidentally - I don't have an Accucutter, so I measured the aluminum pieces, scored the edge several times with a blade, chilled in the freezer, bent to break the aluminum along the edge, hit the small sharp spots with some fine sandpaper, and the corners with a 1/8" corner rounder.
