Heat Press Instructions

Hover transfer under open heat press for 10 seconds to dry excess moisture.

Production Method: DK3T Tapered Mug Press

Before begining production of this item, be sure you have firm contact between the heat press and the substrate. You may need a piece of Heat Conductive Rubber (HCR18) to achieve good contact.

Remove the rubber stopper from the bottom of the Tumbler before placing in Heat Press.

1. Secure transfer to the Tumbler using Heat Tape.
2. Top with protective paper, taking care not to extend the paper well above or below the top and bottom of the mug.
3. Place Tumbler in Mug Press and close the heating element around the mug.
4. Press according to time, temperature, and pressure above.
5. Remove any paper residue with a soft wet cloth or dish sponge.

Application notes: At the end of the 6 minute transfer time, it is possible to check for good image coverage. Carefully lift the 4 corners of the transfer and take a peek. Up to an additional 2 minutes may be needed for best results.

Production Method: SWRAP17 and Oven

Remove the rubber stopper from the bottom of the Tumbler before placing in Oven.

1. Secure transfer to the Tumbler using Heat Tape.
2. Roll on the SWRAP17 over the Tumbler and transfer taking care not to wrinkle the transfer.
3. Place in oven for 9.5 minutes at 400 degrees.
4. Remove transfer as soon as possible.
5. Use fan or Kool Plate to cool - do not dunk in water.
Shrink Wrap Instructions Instructions for Using an Oven and SubliShrink

Time: 11 Minutes
Temp: 400°

1. Remove all lids or plastic parts.
2. Secure image to substrate using heat tape.
3. Place SubliShrink around blank, secure with tape if necessary.
4. Use heat gun to form SubliShrink evenly around blank product.
5. Place in oven for appropriate time and temperature.
