OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.

Hover transfer under open heat press for 10 seconds to dry excess moisture.

Note: It has been determined that no prepress for Gildan shirts is required.


Please note that there may be some testing involved with the Reveal film, you may want to take full advantage of using multiple prints on single sheets of paper and have a test shirt ready for multiple presses to save on product and reduce waste until you get everything calibrated and can use it easily.

Please note: Be sure to calibrate your heat press. A low temperature area on your press will greatly affect results.

Should your Reveal-S Film develop curled edges:


Potential Procedure: Flattening Reveal-S Film


a) Place protective paper on the bottom of a sturdy table or work area,
b) Lay your stack of Reveal-S Film "frosted side down / glossy side up" over the protective paper,
c) Cover the top of your Reveal-S Film "Stack" with more protective paper,
d) Place a flat, heavy object on top of the Reveal-S Film stack, such as a wood block, metal sheet or ceramic tiles. Weight of the object used should be approx. 5-10 lbs.
e) Allow the stack to sit for 12-24 hours.
f) Test by loading a few Reveal-S Film sheets into your ink-jet sublimation printer and print. Check for "head strike" at the corners after Reveal-S Film sheet is printed.
