Products Gallery-wraps
A Gallery Wrap is a method of stretching imaged canvas (or other fabric) so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured to the back of a wooden frame. As a result, the hardware (staples or tacks) used to secure the canvas is not visible. The sides of the canvas continue the image appearing on the face. This method of stretching and preparing a custom canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished image. The image on the sides is either a continuation or a reflection of the main image, or an otherwise fabricated element such as a solid color or colors derived from the adjacent image. Our video and testing has been completed using the Poly Duck Canvas Fabric (Part Number #F0011) but other fabrics will work as well. Check out our by the yard sublimatible fabric offerings here.
DyeTrans® Gallery Wraps are presented as pieces to assemble into a finished product. You will need four Stretcher Strips. If you want a square result, choose four of the same length, or for a rectangle choose two sets of two of the sizes you prefer. The video closely explains the stretching and assembling process, so we do recommend you watch it before you order. These beautiful, artful presentations are bound to be popular with your clients and offer an additional upscale option for photographers looking to share their photos in a more professional, or at home art gallery. Order now and help get those photography clients hooked on a higher level of showing off their art while also helping your own business to grow.
