Printer: Mutoh RJ900X Ink: SubliM (liters) Paper: JP Paper (same as Beaver I think) Our preferred paper for hard substrates. We used Dyansub as it is temporary (but adhered super well to the headstone). Obviously outdoor Chromaluxe EXT or other outdoor rated metals would last longer but we used dynasub as we had it in stock and we did not know if the cemetary would take it off, as they are extremely picky about anything not in a flower pot. I figured I can always replace it easy enough when it fades over time at less of a cost as well.

While looking for a way to distinguish our business from our competitors, we came up with the idea of making picture frames in various shapes and sizes. We purchased sheets of Unisub MDF and used our CNC router and laser to cut the pockets and shape of the frame. After the shape is cut out, the rest of the process is "business as normal." We start with an attractive design, print on 8.5x14 paper and press with medium pressure for 70 seconds. If the reaction around the shop is any indication, these frames are going to be HOT!

This is a fun little piece I made for my husband. When he was a kid his dog always met his Dad at the bar after work. Scotty was the only dog allowed in the bar. Frank had a shot of Kesslers and The dog - a Hershey Bar! I found the clip art on the web and got to work. I added a sepia tone to it, bottle of Kesslers and box of Hershey bars to the shelf. I put the name of the bar on the window. Note the dog has an open Hershey bar on the bar. And on the wall is a picture of the paper mill his Dad worked at. I use Roxio PhotoSuite for my imaging.

I used 4" FRP squares to make individual ID tags for my dogs' crates. They have my kennel name and logo, and give my crates a nice uniform appearance.
