Introduced to remedy the challenges of imaging uniquely shaped products, SubliShrink™ gives digital decorators the ability to sublimate an exciting variety of tapered drinkware and handleless wine tumblers using a convection oven. Not only does it create an easier way for customers to imprint on oddly shaped products, but it also allows for a descrease in production time by giving you the ability to put multiple products in your oven at one time, and by not having to wait on oven wraps to cool between presses. This descrease in production time will provide you with a faster turnaround for your customers.
To use, simply insert a blank sublimatable product with attached transfer into a film sleeve, shrink the film sleeve with a heat gun to conform to the product's shape, and then place it into a convection oven for that product's appropriate temperature and time settings. This new way of imaging drinkware produces full, all-around images that will impress you and your customers!
