What do I need to get started?
For the Epson Eco Tank ET-8550:
- A set of Reveal™ Ink in CMYK and Reveal Clear White™
- The Reveal PrintPerfect™ software
- Reveal Light™ and Reveal Dark™ transfer paper
- A commercial swing-away heat press, such as the Geo Knight DK20S or equivalent.
Can I use other printers or inks?
The Epson Eco Tank ET-8550 is the only qualified printer for the PrintPerfect™ software and Reveal Light™ and Reveal Dark™ papers. The Reveal™ inks are the only inks qualified for the Reveal PrintPerfect™ software and Reveal Light™ and Reveal Dark™ papers. We are working on qualifying more printers and inks so stay connected with us!
What are the minimum requirements for a PC/Windows computer to operate Reveal PrintPerfect?

WIN 8.1/10/11 (Windows updates must ALL be installed.)

What type of garment can I transfer images with Reveal™?
The Reveal™ system is designed for 100% cotton and cotton rich garments. More garment types will be added in the future.
What image types can I transfer with Reveal™?
Reveal™ ™ is designed to transfer color, white text and vector graphics in a single, self-weeding step. More types of graphics and images will be added in the future.
How do I wash a Reveal™ decorated garment?
The decorated garment needs to cure 24 hours before the initial wash. Wash garment inside out in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, bleach alternatives, or enzyme containing detergents. Line dry or on low dryer setting. Do not iron directly on the imaged area.
What should I do when I do not use the printer for extended periods of time?
Leave the printer plugged in sleep mode, do not unplug the printer, or leave it in a closet for long periods of time. When in sleeping mode, the printer will work in the background and prevent logging the nozzles.
