The HIX SubliPro CounterTop oven provides an alternative to mass production conveyor ovens for dye-sublimation printing on drinkware such as standard 11/15 oz mugs, travel mugs and shot glasses. Porcelain enamel on steel oven interior measuring 15.25”w x 21”d x 20”h for producing 15 mugs per cycle or more than 48 per hour. Nine position nickel plated rack guides and four nickel plated racks for a variety of substrates of varying heights and diameters.
Oven chamber is heated by enclosed tubular heating elements rated at 7.5 KW with the air circulated by a two speed 1⁄3 H.P. permanently lubricated oven blower motor. Stainless steel front, sides, top and rear panels and insulation is applied to the top, rear, both sides, bottom and insulated stainless steel door with a double pane window.
Solid state temperature controls adjustable from 200° to 500°F and a 60 minute electrical timer with continuous sounding buzzer. Requires 240 volt, 60 Hz, 1 phase supply.
