Heat Press Instructions:
Instructions for Using a DK3D Mug Press

1. Secure transfer to the Tumbler using Heat Tape.
2. Cover with protective paper
3. Wrap the tumbler with heat conductive rubber (we recommend HCR-181010 for skinny tumblers)
4. Place Tumbler in Mug Press and close the heating element
5. Press at 375 degrees for 2 minutes
6. Rotate tumbler and press for an additional 2 minutes

Instructions for Using a DK3 Mug Press

1. Secure transfer to the Tumbler using Heat Tape.
2. Cover with protective paper
3. Wrap the tumbler with heat conductive rubber (we recommend HCR-18610 for skinny tumblers)
4. Place Tumbler in Mug Press and close the heating element
5. Press at 375 degrees for 2 minutes
6. Rotate tumbler and press for an additional 2 minutes


Shrink Wrap Instructions:
Instructions for Using an Oven and SubliShrink

1. Remove all plastic parts and lids
2. Cut out design and affix to tumbler using gold heat tape
3. Cover entire tumbler with blowout paper
4. Place in SubliShrink bag
5. Use heat gun to shrink bag to tumbler
6. Place in oven for 6 minutes at 360 degrees
7. Remove from oven
8. Remove shrink bag and image from tumbler

Additional Items Needed: Heat Tape, Green Pad, SubliShrink Wrap
Recommended Paper: DyeTrans Multi-Purpose or TexPrint

Printing is a breeze once you have perfected the placement, taping, and shrink wrapping process. After vigorous field testing (ie, hot tea time - 3 hours; and ice water - 6 hours when full of ice), I can attest to these cups to at least hold up to the more affordable store brands.

I once thought about the epoxy process to coat tumblers and it just seemed too messy. Thanks to Sprite Wood's videos, I was introduced to the 20 oz. tumblers (TUM217) along with Shrink Wrap Film (SF79). They are AWESOME! These tumblers did NOT come out as they should have despite checking the instructions and the temperature on my oven. I'm very unhappy, All of them have a dull coating on them and are not sellable. I've tried everything to fix it, and nothing works. I'm very unhappy.
