This product was so close. I received this in my Black Box and was excited because I have a client who didn't like his dark logo on the TUM214. I printed and cooked & until I took the shrink wrap off I just knew it would be perfect. However, black lines printed on the cup from the template outline. I thought I had cut inside the line. Then I guess it was over cooked because there was a paper scorch mark on the cup. I think it was too close to the heating element. Despite this I am ordering more of these to try again. Until then I have yet another test cup that will allow me to provide my clients with a better review. I think it would be a great product once I fix these two issues.
