OUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE BASED ON USING A DK20S, DK3110 AND/OR A COUNTER TOP CONVECTION OVEN. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WHICH EQUIPMENT YOU USE.

Hover transfer under open heat press for 10 seconds to dry excess moisture.
1. Cover the bottom table of the press with a sheet of protective paper.
2. Cut a mousepad to the shape of the easel backing.
3. Place substrate face up on mousepad, with easel in cutout, cover with protective paper, and pre-press for 20 seconds. Do not skip this step. After cooling, dry any remaining moisture on the hardboard.
4. Secure transfer to substrate using ProSpray or Heat Tape.
5. Place substrate face up, with attached transfer face down, on top of mousepad and protective paper on bottom table.
6. Cover it all with a piece of Poly Poplin Fabric (PP7813) and press according to time, temperature, and pressure above.
Application note: Should substrate warp or buckle after pressing, weight the substrate while cooling.
