Reveal™ is a one-step, self-weeding heat transfer solution for light and dark cotton or cotton blend materials using one printing system. Reveal™ transfers are produced using an Epson ET-8550 Ink-Jet printer. With the REVEAL™ print-and-press workflow, you can create vivid color designs with crisp weeded details faster and easier than any other DTG or DTF system available today. This innovative solution offers the ability to decorate both light and dark substrates with graphics, text, and photographs with professional results.

Reveal PrintPerfect™ RIP Software is the color management and job workflow tool for the REVEAL™ Inkjet Transfer System. Simply import your bitmap or PDF artwork file into the appropriate Reveal LIGHT™ or Reveal DARK™ File Folder and the PrintPerfect™ RIP Software does the rest. Reveal PrintPerfect™ is for Windows Operating Systems only. Not compatible with MAC OS.

Transfer Paper allows for ONE STEP print-and-press, self-weeding, high-quality decoration on white and light-colored cotton, polyester, and blend fabrics. Product features include vibrant color transfers for high-end garment decoration.

What do I need to get started?

For the Epson Eco Tank ET-8550:
- A set of Reveal™ Ink in CMYK and Reveal Clear White™
- The Reveal PrintPerfect™ software
- Reveal Light™ and Reveal Dark™ transfer paper
- A commercial swing-away heat press, such as the Geo Knight DK20S or equivalent.

Can I use other printers or inks?

The Epson Eco Tank ET-8550 is the only qualified printer for the PrintPerfect™ software and Reveal Light™ and Reveal Dark™ papers. The Reveal™ inks are the only inks qualified for the Reveal PrintPerfect™ software and Reveal Light™ and Reveal Dark™ papers. We are working on qualifying more printers and inks so stay connected with us!

What are the minimum requirements for a PC/Windows computer to operate Reveal PrintPerfect™?

What type of garment can I transfer images with Reveal™?

The Reveal™ system is designed for 100% cotton and cotton-rich garments. More garment types will be added in the future.

What image types can I transfer with Reveal™?

Reveal™ is designed to transfer color, white text, and vector graphics in a single, self-weeding step. More types of graphics and images will be added in the future.

How do I wash a Reveal™ decorated garment?

The decorated garment needs to cure 24 hours before the initial wash. Wash garment inside out in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, bleach alternatives, or enzyme containing detergents. Line dry or on low dryer setting. Do not iron directly on the imaged area.

What should I do when I do not use the printer for extended periods of time?

Leve the printer plugged in sleep mode, do not unplug the printer, or leave it in a closet for long periods of time. When in sleeping mode, the printer will work in the background and prevent logging the nozzles.

Does it work well on canvas tote bags? What about sweatshirts and hoodies?

Reveal is a single-sheet self-weeding transfer. Like all self-weeding transfers, it works best with a tight-weave fabric. Therefore, Conde would not recommend REVEAL to decorate loose or coarse materials, such as canvas.

With a hoodie, these same principals apply. Material must be a tight weave material that has more cotton than polyester or 100% cotton.
