Including the 32x42 maxi heat press, and the 44x64 maxi heat press, Geo Knight & Co specializes in a product line of large format transfer presses. These machines meet the need for massive heater block sizes for printing transfers onto various textiles and substrates. The gas shock counter springs provide weightless and effortless operation of the press. The Digital Knight state-of-the-art control system accurately regulates all aspects of the electrical functions of the press, freeing the operator for the main goal of material imprinting. Ideal applications that the MAXIPRESS has performed flawlessly include: large fabrics and piece goods, full-bleed printed sportswear panels, banners, floor mats, carpets, mouse pads and more. The MAXIPRESS strongly supports sublimation transfer processes, as well as digitally produced transfers, and laminating. The heavy steel triple reinforced welded C-Frame design is built to withstand a lifetime of intense pressing and automatic operation, and allows for full draping of materials over the front, left and right sides of the press, without hindrance. There are two main models for the large format division of Geo Knight heat presses covered on this page. Both the automatic and manual product lines are adaptable to different sizes and different table loading and placement requirements. The automatic models require air compressors, which can be obtained at hardware outlets.
